The breakfast was really good, with great quality items. the staff were very polite and very helpful. i stored my bags with ease both before and after my stay. Very convenient when traveling by train!

the rooms were large and the beds proved very comfy. i found the showers to have great water pressure. the tea and coffee facilities were well-stocked, and i appreciated that. the staff were friendly, i felt warm and welcome.

the hotel's location is amazing for exploring nearby attractions. the breakfast had a great selection, including delicious pastries and fresh fruit. the staff responded fast to our requests.. they fixed a faulty tv quickly. the complimentary upgrade to a double room was a total plus!
the room's worn mattress made it a little hard to sleep well. the curtains were damaged, so the street lights bothered me at night.

mediocre stay with a few issues
black mouldbed bug
the room itself was quite dated. the bathroom had black mould growing on the silicone around the bath, its not ideal. on top of that, i noticed what looked like several bed bug bites on both myself and my son. i certainly wouldn't stay there AGAIN.

The location was ideal. I had a Double Room and the shower pressure was really great. The water was powerful, it was a pleasant surprise!
The TV didn't work good. It had very few channels to choose. the bathroom sink wouldn't hold any water. I had to constantly fill it.

The location was central, handy to all shops, bars, and other venues. The rooms looked freshly painted. This provided an updated feel. The hotel staff are friendly. The room has all amenities.
Some soft furnishings were not clean. I found stains on the sofa cover. These need replacement.
